Vision & Aim
We are focused on getting residents, community groups, Schools, Businesses and Local Governments to “get involved” and actively work together to improve our communities through clean-ups and beautification projects.
When we see the actions and personal behaviors beginning to improve in our communities, people will feel empowered to do even more. Taking an active role in the appearance of our neighborhoods, businesses and surrounding residential areas can improve our physical and mental health, safety and the upliftment of property values.
The following four impact areas will improve the local community;
Litter prevention and clean-up: Understanding who and what is causing litter, mobilize volunteer and local municipality resources to clean up and prevent future littering behavior.
Beautification and Community Greening: Beautifying public spaces through landscaping projects, tree planting, replanting indigenous plants, and infrastructure improvements.
Waste Reduction and Recycling: Promote the use of basic education in recycling at home, work and when in public spaces.
Environmental education: Educating people of all ages, especially the young, to change their behaviors to better protect our environment and inspire the next generation.
